Mayor calls for BOPA CEO to be removed after MLK Day parade is canceled for third year in a row

Mayor Brandon M. Scott called for the ouster of the CEO of the Baltimore Office of Promotion & The Arts (BOPA) in a letter late Friday to the group’s board of directors, after it canceled Baltimore’s Martin Luther King Jr. Day parade for the third year in a row.
