Carroll Community College is once again asking potential students to take advantage of the scholarship money available. The institution not only has a pool of $200,000 to give through the Carroll Community Scholarship Foundation, but was granted $2 million to give away through the Federal Higher Education Emergency Relief Fund, or HEERF.
