The renamed Baltimore Ravens Boys & Girls Club at Hilton Recreation Center will entail an expansion of the current building into 25,000 square feet of space for tutoring, meetings and games and the construction of a lighted multi-purpose athletic field and two lighted outdoor basketball courts.
