With changes to start times, bus routes and its leadership, Anne Arundel schools open Monday

On Monday the school year will begin for thousands of students in Anne Arundel County, and it will be a year of change for the system — there are new start times, new bus stops, a new superintendent and updated procedures for the coronavirus pandemic.
