‘You are never too young or too old to learn.‘ In Howard County, celebrating Earth Day is back in full swing.

While the official date of Earth Day is April 22, Howard County kicked things off early on April 9 with the 15th annual Greenfest celebration at Howard Community College. And there’s more coming this week.
